Because blessings are meant to be shared šš
At Dickyās Doghouse, fixing cars is what we do but serving our community is who we are.
We believe in showing up for the next generation. Not just when itās easy or convenient, but because itās the right thing to do. Itās part of our calling, our values, and our faith.

š± Growing Good Things Starts Early
The young people of Jefferson County arenāt just the future, theyāre already shaping the kind of community weāll be proud to live in.
Theyāre learning to care. To lead. To try, to fail, and to try again. And when we invest in them early, weāre planting seeds that grow into strong roots for generations to come.
Every time we show up, weāre telling them:āYou matter. We see you. And we believe in you.ā
š The 4-H Livestock Auction
One of our favorite ways to give back is by supporting the Jefferson County 4-H Fair Livestock Auction.
Itās not just a fun local event, itās a celebration of hard work, responsibility, and hands-on learning. These kids arenāt just raising animals; theyāre raising themselves. Through early mornings, tough lessons, and a whole lot of heart, theyāre learning what it means to stick with something that matters.
By bidding at the auction, weāre not just buying livestock weāre investing in futures. Whether it's helping a student pay for college, buy their next animal, or pursue a trade, weāre proud to play a small part in their big dreams.
š We Give Because Weāve Been Blessed
We truly believe that the blessings weāve received are meant to be shared.
As Proverbs 11:25 says:āA generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.ā
At Dickyās Doghouse, faith and service go hand in hand. Every dollar, every handshake, every āYouāve got thisā - it all reflects the One whoās given us everything.
š ļø A Word From Our Owner:
ā4H is an event that I have found is about developing young people into hard working, respectable, responsible, community-oriented adults. I knew that the ā4 H fairā was there, but never understood itās power in our community until 3 years ago. Jeff Fergusonās children came into our shop and invited us to the auction. I was impressed right away that these young people were doing this type of thing. People teaching their children responsibility at home of raising and caring for animals. Yes, this is a year long process for most of them. I always just thought it was about the week of the fair, boy was I wrong. I highly encourage folks to get a good look at what is happening at āthe Fairā, you might find a lot more than you ever imaginedā

ā¤ļø From Our Family to Theirs
At the end of the day, itās simple:We invest in the youth of Jefferson County because we love this community and the kids areĀ this community.
Theyāre our future customers, coworkers, neighbors, and leaders. And if Dickyās Doghouse can play even a small part in encouraging, equipping, or inspiring them, then we count that a win.
Thanks for letting us be part of their journey. And thanks for being part of ours.
