At Dicky’s Doghouse, auto repair is more than our job, it's our calling. We believe every car that pulls into our shop is more than a machine. It represents someone’s life, someone’s story, and someone’s safety. And that means every repair is an opportunity to live out the love of God in a practical way.

We’re a faith-driven auto shop, and our values are at the heart of everything we do from the way we communicate, to the care we put into each service, to the atmosphere we create when you walk through our doors.

This verse hangs in our hearts and lives in our work. We believe excellence is an act of worship.

Whether we're checking tire pressure or something tough like tracking down a mystery engine noise, we do it wholeheartedly. Not just because we want to get it right, but because we believe our work is one small way we can honor God. Even the most routine tasks carry meaning when they’re done with care and purpose.

We’re not chasing perfection, we're chasing purpose. When we show up each day, it’s not just to punch a clock. It’s to be faithful with what we’ve been given. A toolbox might seem like an unusual place to serve God, but we’ve found that God uses all kinds of tools and all kinds of people to make a difference.

Jesus taught us to love our neighbors, and in our shop, that looks like:

• Explaining repairs clearly and honestly

• Taking time to listen and understand your concerns

• Putting your safety and peace of mind first

• We speak plainly, respectfully, and truthfully.

We’ve had customers walk through our doors stressed about money, overwhelmed by life, or just in need of someone to listen. We take those moments seriously. Sometimes the most important thing we can offer isn’t a repair, it's kindness, patience, and a reminder that they’re not alone. It’s not about the cars. It’s about the people driving them.

And let’s be honest: the world moves fast. It’s easy to rush through our days without really seeing each other. But here at Dicky’s, we try to slow down enough to care. Enough to notice. Enough to make sure people leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Every vehicle is part of someone’s life: a grandparent's trip to the doctor, a parent’s school run, a worker’s daily commute. We don’t take that lightly.

Before we thank anyone else, we want to give all the glory to God! Dicky’s Doghouse wouldn’t exist without His hand guiding us every step of the way. This shop, this team, and this community we’re blessed to serve. It's all a gift from Him. 

We’ve seen His hand in the hard seasons and the good ones, in every answered prayer and every lesson learned. He’s the one who opened these doors, and He’s the one who keeps us going. Every skill we have, every customer we meet, every blessing we receive it all belongs to Him. 

We’re just here trying to be faithful with what He’s given. We pray we continue to honor Him in all that we do.
