We are always looking for better ways to help our customers and provide outstanding auto repair, and we believe that offering a free Courtesy Check is a great way to keep our customers informed about their vehicles BEFORE a part breaks and potentially causes more damage to the vehicle.
If you've been in to see us recently, this Courtesy Check Sheet should look familiar! We use these on every vehicle and give this copy to our customers to take home and we keep a yellow carbon copy for our own records. We think it is important to keep our customers informed about their vehicles and to help them to be able to budget and plan for important repairs.
At a glance, you can easily see what things are in good shape (green ovals), which repairs may be needed in the future (yellow ovals), and which repairs are the most urgent (red ovals). We will be happy to list any repairs in order of importance/safety, and we are more than ready to print out repair estimates for anything that we find wrong so that you have time to budget for the repairs.
